  • About Us

    Lesotho Library Association (LLA) is a non-profit making association which was established in 1978 after the meeting of Eastern, Central and southern African Librarians (SCECSAL) held in Kenya in 1978. The association was formed by employees from Academic Libraries, Public Libraries, School Libraries, Special Libraries and National libraries in the country. 

  • The membership of the Association shall be open to individuals and institutions that are committed, active and interested in Library and Information Management and services. Every member shall be bound and adhere to the principles and professional conduct and code of good practice.

  • Executive Committee

    The Executive Committee (EC) of the Association has powers to act on behalf of the Association and its members' interests. All office bearers shall hold office from the date of election. Filling of vacant position shall be made in the next general meeting to complete the remaining term of that Executive Committee.
